Michelle Severs, one of the organisers of the muster was pleased with the turnout on the day, and thanked the Harden Country Club for their wonderful hospitality.
“It was great to see everybody come out for the afternoon,” Ms Severs said. “The Cherry Capital Country Music Association is all about promoting music, and encouraging everyone to come and have a go.”
Ms Severs said that the Association also holds an annual two day talent quest in November, but has had to postpone this year’s event due to a lack of volunteers.
“We have had great success in past years and performers have received great prize money and trophies.” Ms Severs said. “We have also had some great guest artists attend.”
