There were celebrations in Harden last weekend when Kylie (White) and Adam Baldock made the trip home from Adelaide to have their son Liam James christened in the Ross Memorial Uniting Church by family friend Rev. Colleen Close.

Kylie is the daughter of Narelle and Gary White from Harden and family travelled from Adelaide, Canberra and the South Coast to be there for Liam’s special day.

“Kylie wanted to have Liam christened at our family church” Mrs White said. “It is a family tradition, my family attended Church there and Gary and I got married there. It just seemed right to have Liam’s christening there.”

There will be many more family reunions in the future as Adam, Kylie and Liam will be relocating to Williamstown near Newcastle with Adam’s career in the Royal Australian Air Force.
