The 31 year old was asked to leave the Harden Country Club by staff for smoking in a non-smoking area at about 9.50 pm on Sunday 28 May.
According to a police report, the man became abusive and refused to leave.
He was then removed from the club by staff and and remained in front of the premises until police arrived.
Whilst police were taking the report the man re-entered the club to retrieve his mobile phone, which he did, and was consequently directed by police to leave the area.
A short time later he again attempted to enter the club and was forcibly removed by police.
He was issued infringement notices for Failing to Quit Registered Club and Re-entering the Club.
Both infringement notices were for $550.
