Rural group fitness business, Active Farmers, is excited to announce their arrival in Jugiong led by local personal trainer Mandy Bourlet. The program is sponsored by Delta Ag. and is designed to help promote physical and mental health.

“I am so passionate about physical fitness because it so important for everyone” Ms Bourlet said “I am proud to be bringing the Active Farmers program to Jugiong as it connects farmers and community members through group fitness in a fun and interactive environment.”

To celebrate the arrival, and to encourage participation, Jugiong residents are invited to attend a free Active Farmer class at the Jugiong Town Hall on Sunday, May 21, commencing at 5.30 pm. Designed especially for farmers and smaller communities with limited access to fitness expertise and equipment, Active Farmers provides motivational, challenging and fun training sessions to suit all fitness levels.
