The 36-year-old man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, waived his right to a committal hearing in Wagga Local Court this week.
The man is alleged to have offended against a young teenager in the Harden-Murrumburrah district earlier this year.
The man is charged with six counts of indecent assault of the girl and four counts of sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 16.
It is alleged the girl was interfered with over a five-day period.
The accused man is not yet required to enter a plea to the charges.
The case has been adjourned to a telephone call over of District Court cases to set a date for a trial.
Originally refused bail in the Local Court, the man successfully applied for bail in the Supreme Court.
