With five girls in the running for the title and the club’s 10-year anniversary being celebrated, a great night was had by all.
A huge crowd was in attendance to see Ellie Barker take home the prize. All five girls, Ellie, Samantha Doolan, Georgie Butt, Shannon Foster and Katie Hearn all left lasting impressions on the judges.
The judges remarked on the tough decision it was as all five girls acquitted themselves well. Both clubs would like to offer their thanks to them for the time and effort they put into the night.
The spotlight then turned to the junior clubs as they celebrated 10 years since the amalgamation was formed. Due to the foresight and continuing support of both past and present committees, the joint venture still remains strong to this day.
The organisers said that they once again wanted to express a huge thanks to all involved for their contribution to that success.
“We would very much like to thank the number of sponsors who generously donated items towards the night. It was greatly appreciated by all,” they said.
