The 51-year-old former dual-code international and Dragons player was arrested on December 5 after police received reports of a man standing in the middle of the road and yelling.
Police alleged Sailor was blocking traffic near Campbell Street and Throsby Drive while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Sailor was also accused of resisting police officers' attempts to arrest him.
He spent that night in custody before he was granted bail the following day.
He faced Wollongong Local Court on Tuesday, where his lawyer, Adam Houda, sought an adjournment.
Mr Houda said he wanted to make representations for the withdrawal of the matters.
Registrar Tina McKenna adjourned the matter to January 27.
Sailor is excused from attending court on that occasion if he is legally represented.
He is charged with breaching bail, obstructing traffic and resisting arrest.
The alleged breach of bail relates to conditions imposed after he allegedly assaulted two men outside a bar in Sydney in November 2024.
Those bail conditions prohibited him from being intoxicated in public.
He previously pleaded not guilty to common assault, behaving in an offensive manner, refusing to leave a licensed premises and intimidation in relation to that matter.
