Winning bragging rights in the Harbour City is enough in the way of motivation, but GWS player Toby Bedford says restoring tarnished pride is also on the agenda against Sydney.

The Giants enter Sunday's derby against the Swans at the SCG having suffered back-to-back defeats after their 32-point loss to the Western Bulldogs.
Adam Kingsley's men had the better of play early to build a six-point lead at quarter-time, but the Bulldogs adjusted best after the break in Canberra.
The Dogs slammed through five unanswered goals in the third quarter and held their opponents goalless for 50 minutes on their way to victory.
GWS's defeat follows an 18-point loss to Adelaide.
"It's quite embarrassing to go out there and play the way we did," Bedford said on Tuesday.
"We felt like we were a bit out of character against the Crows and to back up that game with this one just gone was very disappointing.
"We just didn't play the game we normally play. We're a physical team. We love to pressure. We love to tackle, and that just wasn't there on the weekend.
"The boys were pretty filthy with how we played as well so ... we'll be looking to make amends for both those games."
GWS will face off against Sydney for the first time since their six-point qualifying final loss last season.
Their crosstown rivals, now under first-year coach Dean Cox, boast a four-game winning streak in the derby - a statistic not lost on Bedford.
"It's not tongue-in-cheek - we don't like them. They don't like us," Bedford said.
"There's no hiding behind the fact that they've beaten us the last four times, so we're eager to change that.
"We want to go out there and prove a point to them and the rest of the competition as well that we're back in."
The Swans, without a raft of injured players, are also licking their wounds after coughing up a 29-point lead to lose by 38 to Gold Coast.
Sydney skipper Callum Mills could return from a foot injury, but Bedford says their rivals are still dangerous with their current personnel.
"They're still a good team and they've still got very good players and there's no hiding that fact as well," Bedford added.
"On their given day, they can beat anyone as well. We can't go in there and take them lightly."
