
Police are on the hunt for a person who keyed more than 30 cars on Anzac Day across Melbourne's leafiest suburb.

The offender committed the crime spree in Kew, 5km east of Melbourne's CBD, in the early hours of April 25.
Victoria Police said the offender was driving an older model sedan with only one working headlight and a covered rear window.
Investigators were told the person exited the car at each location across the suburb and scratched several cars with a sharp object. The windows of some of the vehicles were also damaged.
CCTV showed the alleged vandal also pacing near the cars around 5.30am. The offender's gender remains unknown, Victoria Police said.
The damage to the vehicles is estimated to be in excess of $100,000, Victoria Police said.
