The footage, obtained by Nine News from a NSW court, showed O'Keefe greeting the officers at his apartment door before he descended into self-described "justifiable and righteous rage".
The ex-Deal or No Deal host was later cleared of resisting officers during the arrest but was found guilty of the original charges of domestic violence assault.
The magistrate described the assault, which involved kicking, pushing and spitting on a woman, as "violent and degrading". O'Keefe is appealing the convictions.
The footage showed officers arriving at O'Keefe's home and placing him under arrest.
When officers told O'Keefe he was under arrest for assault and breaching an apprehended violence order (AVO) he began shouting at police.

"This is what happens when I don't have my medication," he yelled at the arresting officers.
"This is a very simple request, why are you being such f------ Nazis about it," he continued.
Five officers, struggling to handcuff the Order of Australia recipient, were then seen pushing him against a wall in the apartment complex.
O'Keefe, surrounded by police in an elevator, is told that his "attitude is not making it any better".
"Attitude? F--- you man, this is not attitude... this is justifiable and righteous rage at the way I am being treated," O'Keefe said.
The former host is facing further charges including driving while suspended and under the influence of drugs as well as an unrelated AVO breach.
