Located among McLaren Vale's lush vineyards, Beresford Estate Luxury Suites and Villas has just opened in South Australia and it's already winning gongs; named Best Accommodation in the 2023 Best of Wine Tourism Awards.
There are 15 lovely suites on site, each with a kitchen, separate indoor and outdoor living spaces, and shiny ensuites. But if you're after a bit more space, book one of the two villas - Shiraz or Grenache - with four-poster beds and vineyard views.

My top travel tip is … If you’re flying to Sydney from anywhere in the world, pick a window seat far from the wing on the left-hand-side of the aeroplane. If the weather gods and flight path align, you’ll have the most incredible views of the Sydney Harbour and Opera House.
