It's not only the housing market that's hot property at the moment. Property listings portal realestateview.com.au has enjoyed strong growth since announcing its joint venture with ACM, publisher of this masthead, late last year.

Referral traffic to the website has jumped 199 per cent year on year, with the referral of new visitors to the site up a whopping 367 per cent, according to latest figures drawn from Google Analytics.
Property platform chief executive Toby Balazs said the partnership between realestateview.com.au and ACM's network of regional, rural and suburban newspapers and magazines was working well.
"The roll out of realestateview.com.au into the ACM markets has been a huge success. We've seen more and more people using realestateview.com.au to advertise their properties for sale or lease and more buyers searching our site for their next home or investment property," Mr Balazs said. "A good part of the growth in referral traffic is directly attributable to the brand exposure we are getting through ACM's network of trusted publications."
Agent Kim Healy, from Ray White in Victoria Point, Queensland, acknowledged the strength of inquiry through the realestateview.com.au platform. The only issue at the moment was finding enough listings to meet buyer demand, she said, although that was a good problem to have.
"The housing market is extremely buoyant at this time and our results are speaking for themselves. Enquiry levels are strong, even on sold listings," Ms Healy said.
A key advantage of working with realestateview.com.au, from an agent's perspective, was its partnership with ACM, she added.
"It's great to be able to deal with my local ACM representative, who understands the local property market for both digital and print advertising for our listings," Ms Healy said.
A fully integrated property marketing solution is now available to real estate agents across Australia through the combined ACM and realestateview.com.au sales force, with staff based in more than 130 regional, rural and suburban markets.
"Our bundled solution captures people at every stage of their property journey - whether they are just thinking about their dream home or actively seeking to buy," Mr Balazs said. "We offer the power of print through ACM's newspapers, the reach of a realestateview.com.au online listing and digital extension products that target active and passive buyers through social media and off-site options."
A new feature also gives readers the chance to scout the property market directly from the home page of their favourite ACM news site. A property search bar, that links through to realestateview.com.au, allows people to search for properties to buy or rent in any area simply by typing in a postcode or suburb name. Using the same search bar, they can check the estimated market value of a property using the Price Estimator tool, powered by market-leading data provider CoreLogic.
ACM and realestateview.com.au announced their $100 million joint venture last October. ACM is Australia's largest news publisher serving regional, rural and suburban readerships. Its titles include The Canberra Times, Newcastle Herald, Illawarra Mercury, Ballarat Courier, Bendigo Advertiser, Launceston Examiner, Northern Beaches Review, The Land and Queensland Country Life.
