While the Worhawks squad has 15 players currently, enough to field a side, some more enthusiastic players willing to join up would be handy according to coach David Ings.
The Worhawks train twice a week at Roberts Park on Monday and Wednesday nights from 6.30pm.
Mr Ings said they accept female players of all skill levels to join the Worhawks, as long as they are 17 or above.
Mr Ings said they expect to play around 12 competitive games in the general season, based off how many rounds were available in last years competition.
The Worhawks' are set to play a full season which runs in conjunction with the open men's season.
Most games will be played on Friday night, with some taking place on Saturdays.
Mr Ings said fitness, health, meeting new people and lots of fun are some of the reasons to become a member of the Worhawks.
As they accept players of all skill levels, Mr Ings said the training focuses on fitness along with general ball skills and tackling drills.
Mr Ings will be joined on the coaching bench by Chris Ward and Chris Hocking.
If you are interested in joining the Worhawks, head down to Roberts Park on Monday or Wednesday nights when they are training and have a chat to the coaching staff who will be able to give you all of the details.
Enough to field a side but more welcome
