Due to the hot weather conditions attendance was lower than expected but even so about 300 people went through the gate and patronised the vendors of which there has been a few bookings for next year and the Progress Association is claiming November 8, 2015, for the event.
Many thanks to the Harden ‘Mens’ Shed’ for operating the barbecue, those that drove their special vehicles for display, Bobbara station and George Killick for the use of their land for parking and all volunteers in making it a memorable day for Galong.

The next Progress Association meeting will be held at the Memorial Hall on Thursday, November 20, at 7pm.
One item on the agenda will be to form a special committee to help with ideas to improve operations for the ‘Swap Meet’ in 2015.As this will be the last meeting for 2014 ideas for Australia Day celebrations would be appreciated.
