There are 43 recovered cases, and currently no hospitalisations.
9,314 people have been tested in the Murrumbidgee region up until 8am on Thursday May 28, 2020.
With pubs, clubs, cafes and restaurants reopening and travel restrictions to be lifted from next Monday 1 June, MLHD is calling on local businesses to be prepared.
"Many local business will now be preparing for staff to return to work," MLHD Director Public Health Tracey Oakman said.
"While there are rules around what businesses can and can't do, all businesses should have a COVID-19 safety plan."
"It it's critical that businesses ensure they have a safe, healthy and hygienic work environment," Ms Oakman said.
MLHD continues to advise people to practise physical distancing and good hand hygiene and to get tested if they feel unwell.
"We ask people to ensure they maintain a physical distance of 1.5 meters from others and wash their hands thoroughly and regularly," Ms Oakman said.
The Murrumbidgee COVID-1 hotline number is 1800 831 099, and people are asked to get tested at the earliest onset of their symptoms.
"Especially now with more people out and about, the risk of community transmission is higher, and it's really important to continue to come forward to be tested," Ms Oakman said.
MLHD urges people not to wait for a mobile visit, but to call the COVID hotline on 1800 831 099 to book an appointment if they feel the slightest bit unwell.
