The annual national event will be held on Sunday, March 1.
People looking to participate can see Lorraine at Whichcraft, Murrumburrah on the corner of Albury and Vernon Streets.
Lorraine has been organising the event for close to 30 years.
"We have a lot of regulars each year who have their specific areas and take care of the bulk of the clean up," Lorraine said.
"Some high school students are participating this year which is an addition that we're excited about. We encourage new people to take part. We have lots of regulars who actually clean streets every week of the year, which is great for the town."
Lorraine said Harden-Murrumburrah is pretty tidy and doesn't require a lot of cleaning.
She said the amount rubbish left laying around today is "nowhere near" what it used to be.
She attributes this to the work of Hilltops council staff and also the Return and Earn deposit scheme.
"Council maintains roadsides and mows so we don't get anywhere near as much rubbish as we used to. Bottle-deposit machines, despite not having one in Harden-Murrumburrah, I think a lot of people take empty bottles to Young which has helped reduce rubbish being thrown away," she said.
"So many areas stay a lot cleaner than what they used to. There's always some rubbish around certain areas, but they stay fairly good after we clean them."
Lorraine encourages people to register with her.
"I've been organising the event for 27 or 28 years, a long time. In the early days I did a lot of coordinating with villages, schools and community groups. Since computerisation all these groups and schools can do the registrations themselves," she said.
"If you need bags you can come and see me or come to Coddington Park at 9am and sign-up on the day. We'll be there for 30 minutes."
