The 11 students completing Year 12 were honoured by their peers and their teachers in touching, and sometimes very funny speeches, highlighting their time at Murrumburrah High.
The graduating students were then cheered out of the school hall, for the final time.
Thursday evening was the Year 12 Graduation Formal, which was held at the Harden Bowling Club.
Year Advisor Lauren Masson thanked the Bowling Club staff, led by Wendy and Rose, for their efforts in making the night a memorable one. She also thanked Anna and the staff of the Jack Hi Restaurant for their amazing meal.
Ms Masson went on to say that it had been a pleasure and privilege to work with such an amazing bunch of young people.
"All of them are broad and open minded with community spirits that spread beyond the boundaries of rural NSW and will one day encompass the global village." Ms Masson said
"Each and every one of them has the capacity to acknowledge and accept that life will throw curve balls, present them with challenges but they have the tenacity to confront these head-on without any thought of doing so for self- aggrandisement or self-entitlement.
"On behalf of my colleagues I wish Year 12, 2019 every success, every happiness and the courage to strive onward."
