This was a great game with very little between the two sides.
Chris Hocking's team led until the 19th end.
With two ends to play Terry's team picked up four shots to go into the final end leading by four.
Chris Hocking's team picked up one shot on the final end but not enough for the win. All played well in good weather.
In Sunday mixed pairs David Bodell and Kelly Davey were a little too strong for John Portis and Pat Walker 27-15.
Craig and Ann Marie Phillis were too strong for Ged Davis and Dianne Walsh 29-14.
The mixed pairs set down for Saturday are Craig and Ann Marie Phillis against Tom and Robyn Apps.
At mufti bowls Chris Hocking and Doug Hawkins defeated Craig Cooper and Marilyn Murray 19-6. Warwick Prosser and Tony Zervos defeated Shauney and Kyle Murray 23-7. Terry Ricketts, Tony Fisher, Brian Gibson, Keryl McKellar defeated Shane McKellar, Tony Zervos, Warwick Prosser and Wally Leonow 25-8.

WOMEN'S BOWLS
Joan Clark, Pat Walker and June Brownhill represented the club at the Young club's president's day on Tuesday of last week.
They played well and enjoyed the day but missed out on the trophies.
Robyn's president's team of Judith Mulligan and Ann Larsen collected the runners up prize.
On Saturday and Sunday, September 14 and 15 the club will host the regional 10 play off.
On Saturday morning, September 14 at 9.30am the Harden Hunnies Kelly Daley, Ann Marie Phillis, Keryl McKellar and Dianne Walsh will play a team from Southern Slopes.
Saturday afternoon Southern Slopes will line up again against Junee Blue from Central Rivetrina.
On Sunday morning at 9.30am Harden Hunnies will play Junee Blues. Come and watch some of our best bowlers and cheer on our local team.
On September 12 Joan Clark, Pat Walker and Chris Hancock will represent the club at the Coota Country Club's president's day.
