Georgia Smith was runner up.
Emma was also leading pointscorer and Georgia collected the leading tryscorers award with 34 tries. Maddie Douglas finished second with 18 tries and Tara McGrath West finished third in the Katrina Fanning Best and Fairest.
The Hawkettes took on Crookwell in the major semi final in Canberra on a very warm day.
The game was a very tight affair in the first half with the Hawkettes a little bit steady to start and some great defence from Crookwell, however Grace Smith would be the first to score.
A great conversion from Emma James saw the Hawkettes lead 6-0.
Right on the stroke of half time Crookwell put in a grubber kick and regained to bring the score at the break back to 6-4 in favour of the Hawkettes.
A good half time discussion saw the Hawkettes regroup.
The girls returned to the field and produced the style of play they have been producing all season, great attack and solid defence.
Georgia Smith was next to cross for the Hawkettes despite being marked heavily by the Crookwell defence.
Jess Doolan was ripping Crookwell apart in attack and dived over to score next.
Maddie Douglas then put the seal on the game with a classy try.
Emma James slotted over five from five in a great display of goal kicking to see the Hawkettes run out 26-4 winners.
Best for the Hawkettes were Jess Doolan, Grace Smith, Kate Menz and Georgia Smith.
The Hawkettes now enjoy a week's break before taking on the winner of the Bungendore and Crookwell match in the grand final as they attempt to make it back to back undefeated titles.
Elimination semi final
The Hawks took on Crookwell in an elimination semi final in front of a large crowd in Harden.
Hawks were on the back foot to start with several penalties against them allowing Crookwell to jump out to a 16-0 lead after 15 minutes.
A penalty conversion stretched the deficit to 18-0 at the break.
The Hawks were able to dominate for large periods of the second half and a try to Jordan Hammond and conversion from Ryan Daley Cooley narrowed the deficit to 18-6.
Ten minutes later Chris Salway crashed over for a four pointer, converted by Ryan Daley to make the score 18-12.
Hawks were pressing only to be denied before Crookwell scored a long range try agains the run of play to stretch their lead to 24-12 before a late penalty took the score to 26-12.
Best for the Hawks were Pat Smith, Luke Brown and Jordan Hammond.
Under 16s
The Under 16s Harden/Boorowa side took on Queanbeyan Blues in the grand final at Seiffert Oval.
In front of a large crowd the boys were very slow to start and soon trailed 16-0 but soon got themselves back into the game hitting the lead in the second half with 10 minutes to go.
A late try to the Blues saw them level the game with a conversion from the sideline never looking like missing, giving the Blues a two point lead.
With just minutes remaining on the clock the boys got across the line, only to be held up, giving Queanbeyan the win by two.
The Harden/Boorowa boys can be very proud of their efforts.
Coaches Scott Duncan and Chris Whybrow hope to see them all back next year in the under 17s.
