In a day of hot competition and great scoring, our very own John "Hawk-Eye" Hawkins has yet again triumphed. When the Monthly Medal and Mug are on the line, this man will climb mountains barefoot and naked to get the victory. Hawkins has shot a very handy 77 with a handicap of 11 to record a 66 nett and sneak out with a countback victory from Kevin Hoppe, who at one over par off the stick also had a 66 nett.
