In fine form is our local Smash Repair business man. He cleans up last week, then backs it up in the Tim Beveridge April Monthly Medal on Saturday. Make no doubt it's club stalwart Bernard Parker I speak of.

Parker has cleaned up taking the day's event, the B medal, the B Scratch and more importantly, the Tin Mug. Bernie shot 82 off the stick with a 68 net to win the event by two shots clear of the tie for second between John Hawkins on a count back from Matt Peisley, both on 68.
In the A Grade Medal as indicated above John Hawkins edged out Matt for the Medal, and Kevin Hoppe took away the scratch with another great round of 74 off the stick.
Balls went to Hawkins (68), Peisley (68), Hoppe (69) and Brian Wales (69). Our Bendigo Bank Hole in One nearly went off with Parker only a metre from glory and taking the consolation ball.

THE ladies had their April Medal and Alexa played to her handicap with a 74 net to take the medal. She also claimed the putting, which is under rotated by most but vital to a good round - 27 putts is most admirable. Pat Walker was runner-up.
Ladies had three represent over the recent rounds of the Young Vets Tournament. On the Monday 4ball, Pat and Marj came away with a ball in a strong field.
- THIS WEEK: An all in Mixed Medley 4 Ball Best Ball Multiplier by DA Busters Development.
