With just a week to go before the Woolworths National Cherry Festival and excitement is building. The annual Cherry Festival Photographic Competition and Exhibition opens on Friday at 7.30pm, Millard Centre, in Boorowa Street, Young. $5 entry.
The exhibition is open from Saturday, November 24 to Sunday, December 2, 10am to 4pm. $2 entry.
Young Town Hall is the venue for the 35th cherry festival Competitive Art Exhibition which will be officially opened on Wednesday night. Many outstanding works are expected and the exhibition will open daily after opening until Sunday December 2.

RESIDENTS of the Hilltops community are being invited to consider nominating a citizen for the upcoming Australia Day Awards. At Harden, closing date for nominations is December 24. See hilltops.nsw.gov.au.
