Still, that’s not the only game set to light up our city this weekend and we’ll be bringing you every play from all six matches in Wagga this weekend.
It all tees off at 2pm on Saturday when the newly-formed ACT Aces take on Murrumbidgee Rangers at Roberston Oval.
The Aces are expected to be among the strongest sides in the competition and should prove stiff opposition for the Rangers.
Then, tonight, it’s the big one – Wagga v Albury – and the Sloggers will be hoping to make it three on the trot against their southern rivals.
Sunday shapes to be an even bigger contest with four games to play and determine which side will top the Wagga Pool.
