New President Margaret Thornhill shared an event calendar full until December with include stalls at the Murrumburrah Harden Spring Show in September, the Harden Kite Festival in October, Sgt Parry in Jugiong, as street stall on August 9 and a Christmas stall in early December.
“We have also set up a Craft Co-op, here at our rooms on Neill Street, where CWA members can sell their handmade items.” Mrs Thornhill said. “Everyone is welcome to pop in and have a look at the beautiful items our members are making.”
Although the weather was dismal on Saturday, there were many people willing to brave the cold to pop in to the Christmas in July stall and pick up some delicious cakes, slices and soups as well as the beautiful items that were on display from the stall holders.
