Played on Saturday, the match resulted in a win for John Balcomb and Cary Peters over John Baker and Mick Patterson with a score of 25 to 20.
With seven ends to play, John and Mick had a five shot lead and the score was 17 to 12.
However, over the next five ends, the wheels fell off for John and Mick as John Balcomb and Cary Peters picked up 13 shots over their opponents to race away to a seven shot lead with only two ends left to play.
John and Mick were only able to score two shots on these two ends to make the final score 25 to 20.
John and Cary will now play Brian Gibson and Tony Zervos in the final on a date to be fixed.

Yass Triples Tournament
At the Yass Triples Tournament, our local bowlersTerry Ricketts, Shane McKellar and Graham Rossiter from Tumut played very well to win four of their five games, but surprisingly, missed out on any prize money.
