Council has recently launched a new monthly publication; The View newsletter replaces and combines the previous quarterly community newsletter, and the Works and Services bulletin. It’s available in a variety of ways; you can access it online, either on council’s website homepage (www.hilltops.nsw.gov.au) or on council’s Facebook page.
Hard copies are also available at various locations around Hilltops including council offices in Harden, Boorowa and Young, as well as IGA supermarkets in each town centre. It is also available at The Muddy Duck in Harden, the Harden Newsagency, the Superb Bakery in Boorowa and the Pit Stop Barber Shop in Young.
Last but not least, you can also subscribe to receive a copy of The View in your email inbox every month. Jump on the website to sign up; it’s quick and easy. Speaking of the website, it’s a virtual information portal providing you with access to everything you need to know about council.
Council’s social media channels are also an excellent source of information: Facebook (@HilltopsCouncil) and Twitter (@HilltopsCouncil), as well as Instagram (hilltopsregion).
When it comes to having a say, there are a couple of ways you can do that to. You can call council’s three offices (see website for phone numbers), email: mail@hilltops.nsw.gov.au or you can post a letter: Locked Bag 5, Young NSW 2594.
However you decide to contact us, we’re always eager to hear from residents about your ideas and any feedback.
