Cootamundra Local Area Command officers executed a search warrant on a Clarke Street address around 9.30am on Friday morning.

During the search, police allegedly uncovered an amount of cannabis, cannabis plants, cannabis seeds and ammunition.

A 31-year-old man is now facing two charges of possessing a prohibited drug and one each of possessing equipment for administering prohibited drugs and possessing ammunition without holding a licence.

He is due before Young Local Court on November 15.
