Hawks Youth League will take on the North Canberra Bears, and will look to complete a perfect season.
“Will Quinn and Brent Shoard will get the boys going forward,” Hawks President and coach Jason Pollard said. “In fact, the team has class all over the paddock – fullback Sam Davis and Nick Stevens and Will Stanley in the halves, Hooker Pat Smith and to complete this Ben Davis with his crunching defence.
“The Hawkettes take on Bungendore, who are undefeated, but that won’t mean much when the girls are looking at being back-to-back premiers,” Coach Pollard said. “The Hawkettes are committed and that will carry them a long way. This is the fourth year the girls have made the grand final.”
“The Hawks will take on Crookwell, who defeated them by only a point in extra time and the match was played in snow,” Coach Pollard said. “Our key players are Luke Brown and Chris Salway, who ripped the Bears apart last week and classy centre Jonathon Pouono has been one of the Hawks best all year.”
Good Luck Hawks!
