Harden residents will have the chance to receive some helpful advice and understanding on the financial side of their farm business at an upcoming financial workshop, run by Financial Consultant Tony Hudson in conjunction with Active Farmers.
Mr Hudson brings more than 20 years’ experience in the agribusiness sector and wants to be able to play a role in helping farmers and community members in regional areas.
“Many farmers feel out of their comfort zone when considering attending a workshop to explore their financial performance. The reality is, they nearly always leave with a vastly improved understanding, a desire to dig deeper and a feeling that they wished they had done something like this sooner!” Mr Hudson said.
The workshop will be run at the Mechanics Institute in Harden on Friday, August 11 from 9 am to 4 pm.
