The students, with teacher Aimee Skinner, have been learning the concept of 100 and understanding its size in comparison to other numbers.
Each morning, they count the days they have been at school so as the milestone approached Miss Skinner wanted to mark the occasion appropriately.
The students’ learning of 100 means most of Miss Skinner’s kindergarten to year two class can now count by 10s up to 100.
Plenty of effort was put into costumes for the day with students sporting woolen shawls, bowler hats and trouser braces.
“It makes it memorable (to dress up),” Miss Skinner said.
