NSW Premier's Award shortlist celebrates short storytelling

Nick Earls' novella Vancouver might be pocket-sized but its naming on the 2017 NSW Premier's Literary Awards' shortlist Wednesday flags a coming-of-age of shorter forms of storytelling and its growing popularity among time poor, screen-devoted readers.
