The 36 year old man lost control of his vehicle in the wet, left the roadway and struck a tree.
He was conveyed to Harden hospital with broken teeth, soreness to ribs and cuts and abrasions.
This follows an incident on Sunday where a driver had a lucky break after they were involved in a motor vehicle accident near Jugiong.
The car was travelling south on the Harden road and failed to negotiate a left hand bend and slid down a culvert with the vehicle ending up on its roof.
Detective Inspector Paul Huxtable from the Cootamundra Local Area Command, said that the driver was lucky to escape injury.
