The Sixers won the toss and elected to bat, finishing with 9/76.
Harden responded with 5/78 to wrap up a great season with an exciting win.
CDCA president John Stephens said it was a “well-fought” game.
“A couple of good partnerships well and truly got Harden over the line.”
Harden coach Rob Scott said after last season his aim was to get players to work together as a team.
“This season exceeded expectations and to win the final is the icing on the cake.
“They played harmoniously so I would have been excited win, lose or draw.”
Harden bowler Mitch Brown took home the trophy for the player of the final.
Sixers coach Daryl Sedgwick conceded that Harden had been the benchmark team all year.
