FORMER Harden local Steven White, above, will be competing in a national drumming competition in Melbourne at the end of the month.
Steven, 22, who works in Canberra, is one of three finalists in the Australia’s Best Up and Coming Drummer competition, which is part of an event billed as Australia’s ultimate drummers’ weekend. The competition will take place on August 26.
Steven has been playing the drums since he was eight and is looking forward to the competition.
