Jenny Polimeni and Paula Butt, who were part of the committee for the Community Caring for Cancer recent trivia night in Jugiong, were more than happy to hand over cheques to Gundagai and Harden branches of Can Assist this week.

Both organisations received a cheque for $8,500 each, which was half the proceeds raised from the trivia night.
The other half of $17,000 was presented to the Cure for Life Foundation last week in Sydney and was taken down by Jenny Polimeni, Bridget Bond and Craig Coggan, who is himself suffering from a brain tumour and will start treatment again this week.
The committee were again very grateful for everyone who helped to raise these funds to assist these worthwhile organisations to continue the amazing work they do to help people suffering from cancer.
