Well done to some of our local junior tennis players who attended the Temora Junior open on Saturday, a great day of tennis was played by all. Congratulations to Bradley Sharman, Jessica Sargent who took out their age groups and well done to Micheal West and Murry Smith who played in their first comp, and preformed very well. Congratulations to Scott Peisley who has been selected to play the U/12 state carnival at Gosford in October.

Tuesday night comp has seen some great tennis played with new comers, Marty Willett and Sarah Jones showing some great skills against the more seasoned players. Just A reminder, Play will continue through the holidays. Players try to be ready at 7pm for a 7:15 start.
Jessica Sargent is off to New Zealand with Maher’s Tennis this weekend for a 14 day tennis competition tour and sight seeing, Touring the south island starting at Christchurch and down to Timaru. Approx 14 children will be joining them from around the region. Colin and wife Lyn make this journey with keen young players every year and its great that these children have such a great opportunity and to have great mentors in Lyn & Colin. -Have a safe trip.
Due to Colin being away these holidays, there will be no coaching clinic next week.
