Although last years captain coach, Michael Quinn, stepped down from the coaching position due to other commitments, he is still keen to run on the field as a player.

Jason played his first season for the Brahmans last year and was recently approached by the Binalong committee to take up the position.

Coming up through the ranks as a Harden Hawks junior, Jason has also played four to five seasons for the Senior Hawks and took home awards for Senior player of the year as well as receiving the Best and Fairest award in reserve grade on more than one occasion.

Just missing out last year by being beaten in the semi-finals, Jason said that his main aim for this year is to get much the same side going for the Brahman's as last year, "I hope to improve on last years efforts and win the competition!"

Any players interested in joining the side are welcome to come along to the Binalong Brahman's sign up day at the Golf Club in Binalong at 1pm on Sunday, December 8, which will be followed by a barbeque.
