Producers from the Harden Shire were called upon this year to supply produce for “Sister Shire” Sutherland Shire Councils “Bush to the Beach” Australia Day celebrations in Cronulla.

Head Chef for Sutherland Shire Council’s Entertainment Centre, Mr Graham Krueger paid a visit to Harden-Murrumburrah last Wednesday to meet with local producers and gather produce for his Australia Day cooking demonstrations.

Award winning producer, Tony Manchester from Roseville Stud, Kingsvale was called upon to supply some of his top class Corriedale lamb for the cooking demonstrations and was also able to supply some fleeces to be used as part of the “Bush to the Beach” display.
