Children's art and craft at Jugiong

26 Jan, 2012 03:16 PM
THIRTY two children attended Jugiong’s very successful Children’s Art and Craft Day, which was held at the Jugiong Hall on January 11.

Joan Raddatz, the Hut Gallery, thanked Sandra Simpson for her teaching of the beads and wool work and all six helpers who gave up their day for the children.

The children, who are scattered from all over the district and from several different schools, gather on this day to share all their stories and learn new arts and crafts.

The organisers thanked the Harden Shire Council once again for its support and the Jugiong Carpathon group as without their generosity they would not be able to hold such a great day for the local children.
